LeadLoop is operated by Enfelista technologies LLP, based in Kochi, India. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at biz@enfelista.com.

To provide the CRM service, LeadLoop stores the information you enter or import:

• Account profile: name, email, and login credentials.
• Lead records: name, phone number, email address, source, stage, product interest, sale value, and any notes you add.
• Activity data: call attempts, reminders, follow-up schedules, stage changes, and timestamps.
• Imported lead data: when you sync leads from Meta Lead Ads or Google Sheets, the fields you choose to import are stored in LeadLoop.

We use the collected data only to operate LeadLoop:

• Show your leads, reminders, and sales pipeline.
• Trigger follow-up reminders and call queues.
• Keep a timeline of activities for each lead.
• Enable lead imports from connected sources.

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or share it beyond the service providers listed below.

LeadLoop relies on the following services to host, authenticate, and move data. Each provider’s own privacy policy governs how they handle data entrusted to them:

• Lovable Cloud — hosts the application, database, and authentication infrastructure.
• Meta (Facebook Lead Ads) — used only when you choose to import leads from Meta Lead Ads.
• Google Sheets — used only when you choose to sync or fetch leads from a Google Sheet.

The security and availability features of these platforms are described by their respective providers. LeadLoop benefits from those platform capabilities, but they are not a guarantee or certification that applies specifically to Enfelista technologies LLP.

LeadLoop does not currently use analytics cookies, third-party trackers, or advertising pixels. Only the authentication session and local application state required to run the app are stored in your browser.

LeadLoop retains your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You can also request earlier deletion, correction, or a copy of your data by emailing biz@enfelista.com.

You can ask us to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal data.
• Provide a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your data or close your account.

Send requests to biz@enfelista.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before acting.

We rely on the security controls provided by our hosting platform and follow reasonable practices to protect your data. If you discover a security issue, please report it to biz@enfelista.com rather than disclosing it publicly.

We may update this policy as the app changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of LeadLoop after changes means you accept the updated policy.
